List of witnesses along with evidence by way of
affidavit of defendant and certificate under Section 63 of BSA,
2023 and receipt qua deposit of previous cost of Rs.10,000/-
were e-filed. Hard copies thereof have been placed in judicial
file.
Two interim reports, one interim report dated
17.08.2026 and second interim report dated 19.09.2026, of Sh.
Brijesh Garg, Local Commissioner were received in this Court
wherein it is mentioned that it is not possible to record evidence
of any parties before 26.09.2026 i.e. the date before this Court.
Put up the matter before Learned Local
Commissioner on 30.09.2026 at 02:00 pm for recording evidence
of the parties, in terms of the previous order dated 28.07.2026 of
my Learned Predecessor.
Re-notify for final arguments on 27.11.2026 before
this Court at 10 am.
Parties may file written submissions before NDOH
with advance copies thereof be exchanged.
