The present suit has been filed u/o 37 CPC seeking recovery of Rs
1,10,00,000/- on the basis of 2 cheques issued by the defendant in favour of the
plaintiff for Rs 70,00,000/- and Rs 40,00,000/- vide cheque bearing no 942794 dt
21.09.2020 and cheque no 930293 dt 29.09.2020 respectively.
Ld Counsel for plaintiff submits that the original cheques have been
filed with the complaint u/s 138 NI Act bearing CC no 633020 and certified copies of
the cheques are annexed with the plaint.
