Fresh suit for eviction and recovery of arrears of rent has been received by
way of assignment. It be checked and registered.
Present: Advocate Sh. M. M. Khan along with plaintiff Sh. Vinay
Shankar Sharma.
Heard. File perused.
Since Shop No.3 (old Shop No.7) on the ground floor of H.No.
1997, Katra Lachoo Singh, Fountain Area, Chandani Chowk, Delhi was let
out on monthly rent Rs. 190/- which was subsequently revised to Rs. 1900/-
so plaintiff’s suit is barred under Section 50 of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958.
Plaintiff’s counsel seeks permission to withdraw the suit for
seeking remedy as per law.
Statement of Ld. counsel for plaintiff has been recorded.
Suit for eviction and recovery of arrears of rent is disposed as
withdrawn with liberty to seek remedy before appropriate forum.
File be consigned to Record Room.
