Heard.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submitted that summons in
the name of Puran Chand and Sheela Devi were also taken
subsequently after the report of refusal qua the summons in the
name of Seema however, the proposed LRs C and D refused to
acknowledge the same though there is no such report filed with the
affidavit of service and that fresh dasti process may be granted for
service of the proposed LRs C and D at the Chandni Chowk address
and that effort shall be made to trace fresh address for service of
proposed LR A.
Issue fresh notice of the application under Order 22 Rule
4 CPC to all the proposed LRs on filing of PF / RC / Speed post as
well as authorized courier and e-mode i.e. e-mail and whatsapp

returnable for 23.12.2025.
Notice be given also given dasti to the plaintiff through
Nazarat Branch, as prayed for.
