It is submitted by Ld. counsel that he has received the copy of revision petition and need some time to file reply. Let same be filed with advance copy to the opposite party. It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the revisionist that operation of impugned order be stayed and if the same is not stayed, it will cause irreparable loss to the revisionist. On the contrary, it is submitted by Ld. counsel for the respondent that no application seeking stay has been moved on behalf of revisionist and that no ground is made out to stay the operation of the impugned order, as the Trial Court has passed a detailed reasoned order. Submissions heard. Perusal of the TCR reveals that the Trial Court has passed detailed reasoned order dated 21.01.2026. The record -- 1 of 2 -- 2/2 further reveals that no formal application seeking stay has been moved along with the present revision petition. Accordingly, in view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and considering the submissions made by both the parties, this Court is of the view that no ground is made out to stay the operation of impugned order at this stage.
