Matter is today fixed for settlement, if any, failing
which for arguments on the pending miscellaneous
application/objections filed on behalf of the petitioner U/s 34 of
the A&C Act.
No settlement has arrived at between the parties.
As per record, the petitioner has already deposited
75% of the arbitral award amount by way of bank draft dated
27.05.2025. Thus, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner
for waiving of the condition of deposit of 75% of arbitral award
amount has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
Some time is sought on behalf of the petitioner to
file some additional documents in support of her petition.
Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps.
As prayed, be put up for arguments on the pending
miscellenous application U/s 151 of CPC for stay of operation of
award/objections filed on behalf of the petitioner U/s 34 of the
A&C Act on 19.01.2026.
