Report has been received with regard to the issue of
summons to the defendant sent on PF. It is stated by the Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff that the defendant is very much residing
in H. No. 163, Upto Second Floor, Mathura Road, Hari Nagar,
Ashram, Jung Pura, New Delhi110014.
The Process Server in his report also mentioned that the
family members of the defendant were found at the address given
who stated that the defendant has started living somewhere in
Rajasthan.
Earlier from time to time, the summons issued to the
defendant have been received back unserved.
Let defendant be served by way of pasting and affixation
on the said address i.e. H. No. 163, Mathura Road, Hari Nagar,
Ashram, Jung Pura, New Delhi110014 and pasting be carried
out on all the three floors of the said house on filing of PF.
Process be given dasti, on request.
Process Server is also directed to take the photographs of
the pasting and affixation and to file the same on record along
with his report.
Plaintiff is also directed to accompany the Process Server
at the time of pasting & affixation.
Put up on 31.10.23 for the report.
