2. Ld. Counsel for defendant states that the present case has
been filed just to delay the other suit of defendants which is pending
before this court on 05.06.2025.
3. Accordingly, put up for reply and argument on the
application under Section 151 CPC, filing of replication, affidavit of
admission/denial of documents and framing of issues on 05.06.2025.
4. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff states that he will not
be in a position to file replication and affidavit of admission/denial of
documents in the short period of time. Accordingly, he can argue on the
application under Section 151 CPC only on the next date.
