Present : Sh Binay Kumar AR for the complainant company
with Ld. Counsel.
The case is fixed for pre-summoning evidence of
complainant.
CW-1 Sh. Binay Kumar and CW-2 Sh. Ravinder
examined and discharged.
Pre-summoning evidence closed by AR for the complainant
company vide his separate statement recorded today in this regard.
An application for furnishing better particulars of the accused
along with verification report, amended memo of parties also stand filed by
the counsel for the complainant.
During the course of arguments on the point of summoning, it
has been brought to the notice of this court that w.r.t similar kind of matters
which have already been dismissed by this court, Criminal Revision Petition
has been filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi by the complainant
company which is pending disposal.
In these circumstances, the court deem it fit in order to
maintain the judicial decorum that this court should not proceed further in
this matter till Crl.Revision Petition stand decided by the Hon'ble High
Court of Delhi. Hence, present matter stand adjourned sine die with liberty
to be revived on an application moved on behalf of complainant company in
this respect after disposal of Criminal Revision petition by the Hon'ble High
Court.
File be consigned to record room.
