Affidavit of admission/denial of documents also filed on
behalf of plaintiff and defendant no.4. Taken on record.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that
the amended memo of parties is already on record. Today photocopy
placed on record.
Ld. Counsel for the LR no. 2(a) and 2(c) of deceased
defendant no. 2 submits that they do not wish to file any affidavit of
admission/denial of documents pertaining to the documents of
plaintiff as they have no knowledge regarding the execution of
documents placed on record by the plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for the defendants no. 1 and 3 seeks some
time to file affidavit of admission/denial of documents. Be filed
positively on or before the next date of hearing.
Proposed issues also not filed by the parties. They are

directed to file the same on or before the next date of hearing with
advance copy to the opposite party.
