Fresh suit for recovery of Rs. 29,05,665/- is received
by way of assignment through e-filing. It be checked
and registered, as per rules.
Present: Sh. Vikas Bhardwaj Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
1. Hard copy of the suit/ plaint is filed. The same is taken on
record.
2. Perused the report of the Reader.
3. Issue of limitation is kept open.
4. Issue summons of the suit as well as notice of the
accompanying applications (if any) to the defendant vide
PF, Courier, Speed Post, through e-mail and
dasti as well
for 16.03.2026.
5. Steps be taken within next one week.
6. Plaintiff is also directed to file the affidavit of service on
the defendant.
7. Written Statement has to be filed by the defendant within
30 days
(extendable up to 120 days with the leave of the
court and subject to terms) from the date of service of
process as per amendment Proviso of Sub Rule (1) of
Order V Rule 1 CPC as applicable to the Commercial
Courts Act.
