Gattu expired on 16.05.2012. In that regard, ASI
Yogesh Kumar submitted report that he visited the
given address where Mr. Krishan Kumar, elder
brother of the appellant, met who informed that the
appellant expired on 16.05.2012 and handed over a
copy of death certificate. In that view, a report be
sent to Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
