Request for a short accommodation is made by Ld.
Counsel for the appellant to address arguments. The said prayer
is vehemently opposed by Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 on
the ground that the appellant is deliberately delaying the
adjudication in the present case.
Notably, on the last occasion, as last and final
opportunity was granted to the appellant to address arguments.
However, even today, request for a short accommodation is made

by the Ld. Counsel. Nevertheless, in the interest of justice, list
for, subject to the appellant depositing a cost of Rs.1000/- with
DLSA, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
At this stage, parties have submitted that they desire
to amicably resolve the matter and have requested for reference
of the matter to the Mediation Center.
Referral form in this regard has been filled by the
appellant as well as respondent no. 1.
Accordingly, at request, parties are referred to
Mediation Center, THC, Delhi for 07.02.2025 at 02.00 p.m.
List for report of compromise, if any/ further
proceedings/arguments on pending applications on 09.03.2026.
