At this stage, request for exemption has been made
on behalf of the appellant on medical grounds. Notably, no
documents are forthcoming along with the said application.

for today subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 1,000/- by the appellant
with DLSA, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Ld. Counsel for the appellant has placed on record,
copy of the order dated 19.08.2025, passed by the Hon'ble High
Court of Delhi in case bearing,
Praduman Kumar Jain v. Mahesh
Kumar Saini, Crl. MC 2857/2025, Etc. Pertinently, by virtue of
the said orders, Hon'ble High Court has listed the matter for
hearing on 23.09.2025 and directed the continuance of the
interim order in the meanwhile.
In the interest of justice, list along with connected
appeals on 31.10.2025.
