2. By way of this application, certain original documents are prayed to
be returned to the applicants. The main file has been summoned.
3. The documents are gift deeds in which applicant Smt. Kamal Arora
is the donee; one partnership deed in which Sh. Sanjay Arora is a partner and a
Will in which beneficiary is Sh. Sanjay Arora. Case has already been disposed of.
It is claimed that the said documents were filed by the said applicants only.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the aforesaid original
documents be returned to the respective persons entitled thereto on filing of their
certified copy, ID proofs and on taking acknowledgment. The present application
