noticed by the court, an appropriate application for conducting the
further investigation will be filed.

Let a detailed report be filed by the Office of Ld.
Commissioner of Police, Delhi for failure in getting the matter
investigated despite issuance of detailed instructions vide Standing
Order 444/2016 and the action being taken against the violation of
said instructions in the supervision and montoring of the
investigations. If the investigations when were being conducted
would have been supervised/monitored in terms of said Standing
Order then there was no need for the present application. The
names of the competent police officers by whom the matter is to be
investigated further, supervised and monitored be also provided.
