Amended memo of parties has been filed by counsel for the revisionist. Addl. P.P. for the State/ respondent No.1 accepts the notice of the present revision petition. Issue notice of the present revision petition to the remaining respondents, on filing of PF, through speed post/ approved courier/ whatsapp/ email, for the next date of hearing. Steps for service be taken within a week. Put up the matter for service of the remaining respondents and reply/ arguments on 26/05/2023. Date of 26/05/2023 is given at specific request and convenience of counsel for the revisionist. TCR be sent back and same be called one day prior to the next date of hearing.
