Present: None for the Plaintiff.
Matter is today fixed for report of service upon
defendant. However, no steps have been taken nor costs has been
deposited.
I have perused the record.
One last and final opportunity is granted.
Let the fresh summons of the suit be issued for the
settlement of issues to the defendant on filing of PF and
RC/Speed Post and approved Courier and through concerned
District Judge. Let the summons be also issued through approved
electronic mode. Mobile No., if any, be mentioned upon the
processes.
Steps be taken within a week. Ahlmad shall issue the
summons within three days of receipt of process and if plaintiff
fails to take the steps within a week, on deposit of a cost of
Rs.5,000/- with DLSA, Central District, process be issued if the
step is taken at least seven days before the next date of hearing
failing which the suit shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.
The defendant to file written statement alongwith
statement of truth and affidavit of admission/denial of the
documents attached with the plaint, as per law and not beyond 30
days from the date of service.

Ahlmad to mention specifically in the summons that
affidavit of admission/denial of documents is to be filed on
behalf of the defendant within the statutory period.
