Counsel for the Plaintiff states that the Non-Starter
report dated 13.05.2024 issued by Central District Legal Services
Authority has been placed on the record.
Heard. File perused.
Summons of the suit be issued to the defendant on
filing of PF/RC, Speed Post and approved Courier. Summons at
1st address be issued through concerned District Judge.
Photocopy of I-Card of defendant having particulars of his
employee code (at page no.58 of the plaint) be attached with the
summons for service of defendant at the 2nd address mentioned in
the plaint.
Steps be taken within three weeks. Ahlmad shall
issue the summons within a week thereafter and if plaintiff fails to
take the steps within three weeks from today, process shall not be
issued unless the delay is condoned by the Court.
Defendant shall file written statement within 30 days
from the date of service.
Be listed awaiting for appearance/filing of written
statement on 23.04.2025.
