Present: None for the Plaintiff.
Matter is today fixed for report of service upon
defendant. However, no steps have been taken nor costs of
Rs.5,000/- imposed on plaintiff vide order dated 23.05.2025 has
been deposited.
None has appeared since morning. It is third call.
On the last two dates also, none had appeared for the plaintiff.
Since no steps have been taken and since no one has
appeared on behalf of the plaintiff since morning, it appears that
plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the
present suit is dismissed in default of appearance as well as for
non-prosecution.
