Respondent Sudha is present.
Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that the appellant
had expired and which fact was apprised to the Court earlier.
At this stage, report has been placed before this
Court on behalf of HC Arvind, PS Roop Nagar, duly forwarded
by concerned SHO dated 10.08.2026, as per which the death of
appellant stands verified. Further the death certificate was also
verified from
Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad, U.P. and found to be
correct.
In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal stands
abated.
File of criminal appeal be consigned to record room,
after due compliance.
A copy of this order along with TCR be sent back to
the concerned Ld. Trial Court.
At request, a copy of this order be given
dasti to Ld.
Counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent.
