1. By way of present application (M. Ex 192/2024), the
applicant/DH has sought recall of order dated 15.02.2024 passed in
Misc. 292/2022 and consequently restoration of Misc. Ex 292/2022.
2. Record pertaining to Misc. 292/22 is already received
and is attached with the present execution petition.
3. Heard. Record perused.
4. In view of the submissions made in the application and
considering the fact that the applicant/DH was diligent in filing the
present application, as the Misc. Execution 292/2022 was dismissed
on 15.02.2024 and the present application Misc. Ex no. 192/2024 was
filed on 16.02.2024, application (Misc. Ex no. 192/2024) of the
applicant/DH filed on 16.02.2024 is allowed.
5. Nazir is directed to restore the Misc. Ex no. 292/2022 in
its original number and position and put up for further proceedings on
03.04.2024. Misc. Ex no. 192/2024 be tagged with the M. Ex no.
292/2022. Copy of this order be placed in Misc. Ex no. 292/2022
