An application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the
intervener. Copy given.
It is submitted by Ld Counsel for all the defendants execpt
defendant no. 1 that he has already filed NOC online. Ld Counsel for
defendant no. 1 seeks time to file WS. As per CPC he is entitled to file his
WS within 30 days.
Adjournment sought on behalf of plaintiff on the ground that
parents of the counsel are hospitalized and hence, counsel is unable to come
to the Court today.
Put up for reply and arguments on the application under Order
1 Rule 10 CPC on 20.01.2027. Copy of the reply be supplied to counsel for
intervener at least one month in advance. At this stage, date is changed to
21.01.2027 on the request of Ld Counsel for defendants.
