petitioner no. 7 through VC.
Certified copies of the criminal record filed.
However, MLC of injured and mechanical inspection report not
filed. Let the same be filed on the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an amended
memo of parties impleading the Nodal Officer of the insurance
company. The same has been filed in compliance of the
directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Gohar Mohammed
Vs. Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation & Others.
In view of the same, amended memo of parties is
taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has
already filed an application in MACT, PS Jani, Meerut, UP to get
the DAR transferred, however, he has been apprised that DAR is
not filed in the court automatically in MACT, PS Jani, Meerut,
UP.
He undertakes that only this claim petition will be
pursued by the petitioners.
To expedite the present proceedings and on the
undertaking of Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, notice be issued to

all the respondents on filing of PF/RC for the next date of
hearing. However, final claim order will be subject to the
production of the appropriate order by Ld. Counsel for the
petitioner from the concerned court of MACT, PS Jani, Meerut,
