Fresh application has been moved on behalf of the petitioner
seeking premature release of the FDR amount. It be checked and registered
as per rules.
Present : Mr. R. P. Tomar, Ld. Counsel for applicant/petitioner along
with applicant in person.
Heard. Perused.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant
requires premature release of her FDRs for construction of her plot which
she has purchased recently and intends to use for residential purpose as well
as to let out the same.
Applicant to file separate copy of present application with
requisite documents and affidavit regarding no appeal/stay, if any, in the
present case and also in respect of the education qualification and source of
income of the applicant.
In the meanwhile, Nazir to report, status report be called from
State Bank of India, Tis Hazari Courts Branch and main file be called from
the record room for the next date of hearing
i.e. 12.02.2026.
