In compliance of order dated 15.07.2025, details of the
cases pending against the accused persons not filed on behalf of
complainant, however, AR for the complainant submits that there are
only two cases (listed for today including the present case) and one
inspection are pending qua accused no. 3.
Ld. LAC for accused no. 3 sought adjournment to file bail
application on behalf of accused no. 3.
In the interest of justice, no adverse order is being passed
today against accused no. 3.
Death verification report of accused no. 1 Rohsan not filed
by the complainant. Let the same be filed on or before next date of
hearing.
Notice issued to SHO concerned to file death verification
report of accused no. 1 Roshan received back with report that accused
no. 1 was residing as tenant and after his demise his family left the
premises and present whereabouts of family of accused not known.
Notice issued to SHO concerned to file death verification
report of accused no. 2 Vijay received with verified copy of death
certificate. Taken on record.
In view of the report, proceedings qua accused no. 2
stands abated.
