Death verification report in respect of accused no. 1 received, wherein, it has been reported that accused had expired 2 ½ years ago and whereabouts of family member of accused not available. Further, death verification of accused no. 2 is not in proper manner and the death certificate annexed is not duly verified. In view of the reports, let notice be issued to SHO concerned to file death verification report of accused no. 1 and 2 for the next date of hearing. Complainant is directed to file death verification report of accused no. 1 and 2 for the next date of hearing. List the matter for DVR report as well as further proceedings on 11.02.2026.
