Despite repeated calls, JD has not appeared.
Salary of JD has been attached, however, the amount is such
that the satisfaction of the decree will be possible only after December,
2030.
As per the judgment of The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India
titled
“Periyammal (dead through LRs) & Ors. Vs. V. Rajamani & Anr.
2025” it has been directed that the execution proceedings have to be
completed within 06 months.
Therefore, the JD was called to disclose the other sources of
income for satisfaction of the decree. JD has not appeared.
Issue Bailable Warrants against the JD to the tune of
Rs.5,000/-.

To appear before Ld. ACJ for appointment of Bailiff on
10.07.2026 at 02:00 PM and before this Court on 01.09.2026
PF be filed along with any other document as required.
The Bailiff is directed to forward the bailable warrants to the
SHO, PS IP Estate for execution and SHO, PS IP Estate is directed to send
the report to this court regarding execution of warrant.
