Notice sent to JD could not be served due to incomplete
address. There is another address of JD pertaining to his office. No
notice was issued regarding that address despite filing of PF with that
other address also.
Nazir is warned to be careful in future.
Issue fresh notice on all the addresses.
Cheque of Rs.11,333/- dated 29.04.2026 filed on behalf of
employer / Lok Nayak Hospital. Cheque be released.
Issue show-cause notice to the JD to be served through the
Medical Superintendent, Lok Nayak Hospital on filing of PF.
As per the judgment of The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India
titled
“Periyammal (dead through LRs) & Ors. Vs. V. Rajamani & Anr.
2025” it has been directed that the execution proceedings have to be
completed within 06 months. However, the payment mode for
satisfaction of decree reflects that it will take years for satisfaction.
The employer of JD is at liberty to directly transfer the
money to the account of DH. Details have been given today.
Put up for appearance of JD and filing affidavit of assets on
04.07.2026.
