As per information received from the concerned Jail, the
accused Habib-ur-Rehman could not be produced before the Court as he
has to be taken to Hospital.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
As per report, IO Pankaj Arora is stated to be on medical
leave and a request is received from him that he would appear before the
Court after fifteen days.
IO/Inspector Satish Rana sent a request for non-appearance
and same is considered for today only.
Ld. Counsel for the accused Habib-ur-Rehman has been
apprised to receive the reports of the accused, which were called from the
concerned Jail Authorities.
Both the IOs i.e. Pankaj Arora and Lichhman be called in
person on the next date of hearing.
Be put up for arguments on charge on 25.11.2023.
Necessary intimation be sent to the concerned Jail
Superintendent for producing the accused Habib-ur-Rehman on the date
fixed i.e. 25.11.2023.
