Act was filed by the prosecution is not traceable on record. The IO seeks some time to trace out the same as it is quite possible that the same is lying in the office of the Ld. CMM. Ahlmad of this Court as well as Ahlmad in the Court of Ld. CMM are directed to file written report regarding the said supplementary challan in question. List the matter for report of Ahlmad/arguments on charge/FP in the matter on 07.06.2023. IO is bound down for the NDOH.
