On the request of the Counsel for accused Habib ur
Rehman that accused Habib Ur Rehman is critical ill and he may
be allowed to appear through VC.
Heard and the application of Jail Superintendent of
Jail no.10, Rohini Jail, Delhi, perused. So, accused Habib ur
Rehman be allowed to appear through VC on the date of hearings
subject to the fresh report to be received from Jail Superintendent
and subject to further orders.
Application of Jail Superintendent is disposed off
accordingly.
Put up for appearance of the deputed officer from
the Army Headquarters in terms of order dated 19.12.2023 for
the NDOH.
Put up for further proceedings for the NDOH i.e.
24.04.2024.
