ne report attracting the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption
Act in this case” had been filed by ACP Pankaj Arora. The record
reveals that one report was filed by ACP Pankaj Arora wherein it was
reported that “
As the alleged act of the accused Paramjeet Kumar is
not related to performance of public duty, therefore, the Prevention of
Corruption Act, 1988 is not attracted against the accused Paramjeet
Kumar”.
Accordingly, the last order-sheet is corrected. The present
order-sheet be read as part and parcel of the last order-sheet.
