This is a suit for possession, recovery of arrears of
rent, electricity dues, damages/mesne profits.
Plaintiff has filed an application under Order 33
Rule 1 CPC.
Perusal of the same shows that the plaintiff seeks
exemption on the ground that he has undergone kidney transplant
and thus he is not in the financial position to pay the Court fee.
Plaintiff seeks some time to make submissions on
the aforesaid application under Order 33 Rule 1 CPC.
