None for the defendant.
Perusal of the application under Section 5 shows that the reason stated
in the said application for not filing the leave to defend application within time is
that defendant no. 1 had to accompany defendant no, 2 to the hospital.
In the hearing held prior to lunch session, Ld. Counsel for the
defendant has appeared. However she is not present at the second call.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file reply to the said
application i.e. application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act with advance copy
to the other side.
In the interest of justice, renotify the matter for arguments on
application seeking condonation of delay in filing the leave to defend application.
