to Tis Hazari Court.
Let reply, if any, to the aforesaid application
of JD, be filed on behalf of DH on or before next date
with advance copy thereof to opposite counsel well in
advance.
Having gone through the entire facts and
circumstances of the case, the presence of concerned
RM, South Zone DTC is considered to be necessary for
the effective disposal of the present execution petition, in
the backdrop of the fact that the award dated 02.09.2004
was passed by Ld.P.O. Labour Court no.VII, Delhi in
favour of DH and the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 16069/2006
preferred by JD against the said award, came to be
dismissed by Hon’ble Delhi High Court on 23.02.2012
but the award/decree is stated to be not complied with by
DTC/JD despite lapse of considerable period. Hence,
concerned RM, South Zone, DTC shall remain present in
person on the next date of hearing.
In the meantime, DH is directed to furnish the
statement of account, disclosing the amount becoming
due in terms of the award dated 02.09.2004, with Nazir
of this Court within 4 weeks from the date of this order.

Thereafter, Nazir shall verify the same and shall furnish
his report by next date of hearing.
Put up on 27.10.2023 for reply and
arguments on the application u/o 21 rule 26 r/w Section
47 CPC and for passing appropriate directions.
