with S. 47 CPC of JD, filed by counsel of LRs of deceased DH.

After hearing submissions made, JD is directed to
file complete statement of account showing the amount
becoming due towards DH, in terms of the Award dated 02-9-
2004 passed by Ld. P.O. Labour Court-VII, as modified vide
order dated 23-2-2012 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 16069 /
2006 by Hon’ble Single Bench of Delhi High Court and further
modified vide order dated 21-5-2012 passed by Hon’ble Division
Bench of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in LPA No. 388/2012, on
record in the form of affidavit of responsible officer of JD by
next date, with advance copy to opposite side. Let attested copies
of aforesaid Writ Petition as well as LPA, be also filed on record
from the side of JD.
