It is seen that signatures on the Vakalatnama appears
to have been put by three of the defendant probably in Urdu and
Ld. counsel for defendants is asked regarding which of the
signatures is that of which of the defendants but he is unable to
tell the same and submits that he will file fresh Vakalatnama on
behalf of defendants no. 1 to 4 alongwith details regarding names
of the parties right below signatures / thumb impressions of the
parties on NDOH.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for defendants no. 1
to 4 that some of the pages of the plaint in the copy supplied to
him are missing and plaintiff is directed to supply the deficient
copies.
Time sought to file written statement.
Put up for further proceedings on 09.07.2026.
