1. All five defendants have been duly served. D-1, D-2 and
D-5 are physically present.
2. Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of D-5. Taken on record.
3. None is present on behalf of D-3 and D-4.
4. Written statement, if any, be filed in terms of provision of
CPC with advance copy to the opposite side.
5. Replication, if any, be filed thereafter on or before the next
date of hearing with copy to the opposite side.
6. Reply to the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC be
also filed one week advance to the next date of hearing with copy to the
opposite side.
7. Defendants including the plaintiff submits that they shall
not create any third party interest in the suit property till next date of
hearing. Their oral submissions are noted accordingly.
8. Parties to remain bound by their statement and maintained
status quo in terms thereof till the next date of hearing.
9. Renotify for arguments/completion of pleadings on
13.04.2026.
