Summon issued to PW Rahul is received back served
through his brother Mohit. However, PW Rahul has not appeared.
Issue B/W in the sum of Rs.5000/- against PW Rahul for the NDOH.
Summon issued to PW Amit Malik are received back
with the report that several persons in the name of Amit Malik were
found, however, it could not be ascertained as to which Amit Malik is
concerned with the present case. One of the said persons informed that
he was present at the time of offence but had got his father’s name
wrongly mentioned.
In these circumstances, PW Amit Malik be summoned
through the IO for the NDOH. The IO shall remain present before the
Court on the NDOH for identifying PW Amit Malik.
Put up for PE on 10.08.2026.
Perusal of the file shows that Aman and Vikram were
admitted to bail vide order dated 06.06.2026; Ld. Counsel for the
accused submits that requisite bail bonds shall be furnished shortly.
