IO submits that there are other co-accused
absconding, however, charge-sheet and supplementary charge-
sheet are complete and filed qua accused Vikram and Aman. Insp.
Sumit further submits that the IO assigned to this case is SI Ashish.
Issue notice to SI Ashish with direction to appear in
preson on the NDOH and apprise regarding filing of
supplementary charge-sheet qua other co-accused persons.
IO Insp. Sumit Kumr is bound down for the NDOH.
Be put up for framing of charge on 07.05.2025.
