JD is also present through video conferencing (v/c).
Heard. File perused.
At the outset, Ld. Counsel of DH, on instructions,
states at Bar that cheque of Rs.4 Lacs issued by JD on last date, has
been dishonoured, which submission is not disputed by JD.
However, JD has informed that he has already
transferred a sum of Rs.2 Lacs through online mode in the account
of DH today, which fact is duly admitted by DH, present in the
Court. Let his statement in this regard be obtained in side of the last
proceedings dated 04-06-2025, in token of having made the said
statement.
Ld. Counsel of DH seeks and is granted last
opportunity to file complete statement of account containing the
details regarding the amount becoming due in terms of Judgment
and Decree dated 11-05-2024, as also the payments received from
JD from time to time and the balance outstanding amount, with
direction to supply advance copy thereof to the opposite side, by
next date.
Ld. Counsel of JD seeks and is hereby granted last
opportunity for filing written reply, if any, to application seeking
arrest and detention of JD in civil imprisonment, with direction to

supply advance copy thereof to the opposite side, positively by
next date.
In view of submissions made, JD is personally
exempted for today, however, he is directed to appear in person
positively on next date.
JD has assured that the amount against the cheque of
Rs.4 Lacs, which was got dishonoured, shall be duly transferred
in the account of DH before next date.
Put up on 18-07-2025 for compliance, reply, if any
and arguments on application seeking arrest and detention in civil
imprisonment of JD, as moved by DH.
