Sh. Ld. Counsel for Judgment Debtor.
Ld. Counsel for Judgment Debtor submitted that the
Judgment Debtor on the last date of hearing had undertaken to pay
further amount of Rs.2 Lakhs, the same day by 3 pm. However,
due to certain financial constraints, the same could not be paid.
That Judgment Debtor is appearing through VC to explain the
circumstances.
There is however no appearance of the Judgment
Debtor recorded when the matter is taken up in the webex meeting.
As VC of the Court was not functioning in the morning and the
Judgment Debtor as per the settlement was required to make the
balance payment of Rs.8 Lakhs, now Rs.6 Lakhs, on or before
30.8.2026, coercive steps are being deferred for today.
The Judgment Debtor is directed to remain present
in Court in person on the next date of hearing.
