141/F.3(4)/Gaz(C)/2026 	dated 	17.09.2026. 	Be 	checked 	and
registered as per rules.

Sh. D.P.S. Guliani, Ld. Counsel for the JD.
Ld. Counsel for the JD has fairly conceded that till
date, an amount of Rs. 3.5 is still lying outstanding against the
JD.
Perusal 	of 	the 	record 	reveals 	that 	as 	per 	the
settlement arrived before the mediation center, the entire liability
of the JD was supposed to be cleared by 25.03.2026, which
period had already exceeded by six months now.
On 	the 	assurance 	of 	Ld. 	Counsel 	for 	JD, 	one
month’s time is given to JD to clear the entire outstanding
liabilities, failing which, the settlement shall be treated as a
nullity and JD shall be bound to pay the entire decreetal amount.
Now 	to 	come 	up 	for 	same 	and 	recording 	of
satisfaction of decree on 23.10.2026.
