sum of Rs.2 Lakhs out of Rs.8 Lakhs has been transferred in the
account of the Decree Holder today itself vide RTGS.
Ld. Counsel for Decree Holder sought pass over to

Debtor.
Ld. Counsel for Decree Holder submitted that
amount of Rs.2 Lakhs has been received, however, the Judgment
Debtor was required to make the payment of the entire balance
amount of Rs.8 Lakhs within two months, and instead the
Judgment Debtor has paid an amount of Rs.2 Lakhs that too today
itself. Therefore, Judgment Debtor is now liable to pay interest
on the delayed payments.

Ld. Counsel for Judgment Debtor submitted that the
Judgment Debtor most likely today itself shall make further
payment of Rs.2 Lakhs by 3 pm today.
For confirmation of balance payment, put up on
20.8.2026. In the event that the Judgment Debtor fails to make the
payment as informed by 3 pm or by the next date, the Judgment
Debtor is directed to remain present in person.
