JD has appeared through video conferencing.
Heard. File perused.
JD has informed that after dishonour of cheque of Rs. 4 lacs,

he has already transferred Rs. 2,50,000/- in the bank account of DH and he
undertakes to transfer remaining amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- out of said Rs. 4
lacs, within one week or so and shall produce proof thereof before the Court
on the next date. He also undertakes that he shall physically appear before
the Court on the next date of hearing.
DH has affirmed the receipt of Rs. 2 lacs in his bank account
today from JD. He seeks time to verify the factum of transfer of Rs.
50,000/-.
Considering the aforesaid submissions made by JD and
keeping in view his undertaking to pay remaining amount of Rs. 1,50,000/-
out of Rs. 4 lacs, no adverse order is being passed against him for today. He
is personally exempted from appearance for today, however, he is hereby
granted last opportunity to appear physically on the next date.
Put up on 10.9.2025 for compliance and for passing
appropriate directions.
