B) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the relief of
permanent injunction as prayed? OPP
C) Relief.
No other issues arises or pressed upon by the parties. Let
the list of witnesses be filed within 15 days from today with advance
copy to each other. Let evidence affidavit be filed on or before the
NDOH with copy atleast 2 weeks before the NDOH.
