Despite service of notice u/s 223(1) BNSS, 2023
for 22.07.2026, accused is absent.
On being enquired, it is submitted by the AR for
the complainant that the present matter has not been settled
till today with the accused and only part payment of Rs.10/-
has been received.
Matter is fixed today for the purpose of pre-
summoning evidence.
Statement of Sh. Binay Kumar – AR for the
complainant company recorded as CW 1.
Affidavit in evidence of CW 2 namely Amit
Dabas filed. He has been examined as CW2 and discharged.
Pre-summoning evidence closed by AR of the
complainant company vide his separate statement recorded
today in this regard.
Let report be called through SHO concerned in
respect of complaint u/s 135(1A) of Electricity Act, 2003
dated 18.09.2024, PS Khyala (Mark C), for the next date of
hearing.
Complainant is also directed to file
acknowledged original complaint on or before the next date
of hearing.
