After some arguments on the aforesaid application, Ld. Counsel for the appellant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application, and that the appellant would move an appropriate application with better particulars. The said prayer is opposed by Ld. Counsel for the respondent on the ground that there has been a substantial delay since the initiation of the present proceedings before the Ld. Trial Court. Nevertheless, in view of the aforesaid submissions of the Ld. Counsel for the appellant and in the interest of justice, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
