Arguments have been addressed by Ld. Counsel for the respondent. Ld. Counsel has filed certain case laws, in support of his contentions. Ld. Counsel has submitted that he would supply a copy thereof to Ld. Counsel for the appellant during the course of the day. Let the same be done, as prayed for. Request for further pass-over for around 30 minutes is made by Ld. Proxy Counsel for the appellants on the ground that the arguing counsel desires to move an application under Sec. 391 Cr.P.C./Section 432 BNSS. The said prayer is opposed by Ld. Counsel for the respondent on the ground that the appellant has been adopting dilatory tactics since the inception of the case. Contd..2/- -- 1 of 2 -- ..2.. However, considering the heavy board of this Court, further pass-over would not be possible. Needless to mention that the appellant has not even served the copy of the said application to Ld. Counsel for the respondent till date. Nevertheless, in the interest of justice, list for further proceedings on 20.05.2026, subject to the appellant deposing cost of Rs. 1000/- with DLSA, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
